Conclusion of contract / possibility of correction
The customer's order represents an offer. A contract is only concluded after acceptance by us.
An order is only possible if everything is included in the order form
Mandatory fields marked * are filled out. If information is missing or we cannot fulfill the order for other reasons, the customer will receive an error message. Before the order is finally sent, the customer is given the opportunity to correct his order. The customer receives supporting detailed information directly during the ordering process.
As soon as the ordering process is completed, the customer will be notified via an information window saying “Your order has been completed and has been successfully sent to us”. This does not constitute acceptance of the customer's offer on our part.
acknowledgment of receipt
Once we have received the order, the customer will be notified of receipt of their order via the email address they provided. This communication does not constitute acceptance of the customer’s offer on our part.
Contract storage
We do not save the purchase contract. If the customer wants to print out the contract text after placing his order, he can proceed as follows: The customer can send an email to soler.limited.com and request a contract text.
Contract language
The contract language is German.
Delivery restrictions
The webshop is aimed at [European countries]. We only deliver to delivery addresses in these states.
Clarification that the webshop does not legally constitute an offer
The presentation of the goods in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer in the legal sense. It is merely an invitation to the customer to make an offer.
Combined receipt and order confirmation
Our confirmation of receipt is also our declaration of acceptance of the customer's offer.

Acceptance of the offer
We can accept the customer's offer within ... days by

If several of the aforementioned alternatives are present, the contract is concluded at the point in time at which one of the aforementioned alternatives occurs first.
Binding the customer to his offer
The customer is bound to his order for two days from receipt of this order. The statutory right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal) remains unaffected.
Receipt of the order
The day the order is received will be announced to the customer immediately as part of the confirmation of receipt.
Prices and shipping costs
All prices are total prices. They include all taxes, including sales tax and shipping costs, unless these are shown separately .
Credit check
We reserve the right to exclude payment by invoice after a credit check.
Payment methods, due date, deposit

Advance payment: When paying in advance, the customer undertakes to pay the purchase price in full immediately after the contract has been concluded before delivery of the goods. The goods will only be delivered once the amount has been received in our bank account.
Immediate payment methods: When paying using an immediate payment method, such as an instant bank transfer, credit card or PayPal, the customer undertakes to pay the purchase price in full immediately after placing the order.
Cash on delivery: When paying cash on delivery, the customer undertakes to pay the purchase price in full cash on delivery when the goods are handed over.
Purchase on account: When purchasing on account, the customer undertakes to pay the full purchase price within 10 days of delivery and receipt of the invoice without any deductions and free of charge.
Cash discount
When purchasing on account, a discount of 25% can be deducted if payment is made within 10 days.
Loss of discount
If the customer does not make even a partial payment within the payment period agreed for a discount, he loses his right to a discount not only with regard to this partial payment, but also with regard to all payments that have already been made or that are only to be made later.
late payment interest
Even if the contractual partner defaults on payment through no fault of his own, we are entitled to charge interest on arrears amounting to 4% per year; This does not affect claims for reimbursement of proven higher interest rates in the event of default in payment.
Right of withdrawal / right of withdrawal
The term “right of withdrawal” commonly used in Austria corresponds to the term “right of withdrawal” commonly used in Germany and used in the Consumer Rights Directive . We therefore use the synonymous pair of terms “right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal)”. Only the term “right of withdrawal” is used in the cancellation policy . Delivery period
Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver within the period specified when ordering.
In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins when the amount is received in our bank account.
We will point out any different delivery times on the respective product page.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
Effect of retention of title
If the customer defaults on payment, we are entitled to assert our rights under the retention of title. It is agreed that asserting the retention of title does not constitute a withdrawal from the contract, unless we expressly declare the withdrawal from the contract.
